Performing a Reprint

If a printer fails to print: ** DO NOT CONTINUE SELLING **

Ensure that the failed ticket has printed before you begin selling again.

  1. Tap Menu button

  2. Check printer status. Status should show: “Printer: CONNECTED” in the top right corner. If printer status is “DISCONNECTED”, please contact your Raffle Supervisor.

  3. Tap REPRINT LAST TICKET

If you are still unable to reprint a ticket, report to your supervisor.
