Redraws

Certain unforeseen circumstances may require a redraw.

A redraw may be required when:

  • no one has claimed the prize within the specified timeframe stated in your raffle rules;
  • the winner was not an eligible ticket purchaser (ie. it was someone whom the raffle rules stated could not purchase a ticket). 

Please make sure to carefully consider whether a redraw should be performed. When a redraw is performed, email alerts are sent to all administrators and auditors set up in your organization's Funding Change account. This will inform them that a redraw has been performed.

If you determine that a redraw is necessary, follow the steps below.

Performing a Redraw

  1. Go to the Draws page within your raffle dashboard. 
  2. Under "Redraw", click on the drop-down menu and select the reason for your redraw.
  3. Type in a comment for your redraw, further describing the reason for your redraw. 
  4. Click Confirm Redraw.
