Social Media Post Templates

Posting about your raffle should be done at strategic times to ensure followers are informed, engaged, and excited. It may be difficult to come up with clever ways to post about the same raffle, so our templates are here to help.

 When?

  1. Before the raffle is launched
  2. Once the raffle is launched
  3. When the jackpot is climbing
  4. When the deadline is approaching
  5. When sales are closed
  6. When winners are posted

These times are merely suggestions, as your approach will depend on the length of your raffle and how frequently you post to social media. Work this timeline into your marketing strategy so you can plan ahead what you will post at each milestone.

These templates can be used as examples to inspire and guide what content you are posting throughout your raffle. Focus on the main milestones and key information to structure your posts:

What?

  • Cause for fundraising
  • Fundraising goal
  • Raffle page link
  • Ways to buy
  • Prize
  • Purchasing deadline
  • Buy tickets and share
